MC Series Pulse Dust Remover

This series of dust removers contains the best features of bag-type dust removal technologies and our practical experiences in dust remover design. Its main features are as follows:

1. It has average temperature settlement section that large-size dust particles are participated before contacting the filter bag so as to avoid burning of the bag. It can also avoid the direct flushing of high-temperature smoke & gas on the filter bag so as to reduce the load of the bag and improve its service life. The resistance coefficient of the settlement section is low, which can reduce the resistance losses.

2. The gas source can be treated into condensation proof type that even dust of high humidity can also be completed removed.

3. PLC controller optimizes the dust removing process.

4. The design of open cover and clean air housing is easy for the change of filter bag and maintenance.

5. The top end of filter bag applied turned-over edge for good sealing performance. It is also helpful for fast & easy change and maintenance of filter bag, that is, bag changes outside the machine.
